Array Aesthetics, Aesthetics Awards Best Clinic Ireland 2023, are currently looking for a full time Clinic Coordinator to join our expanding team at our beautiful new clinic on the Lisburn Road. Array Aesthetics is a Doctor-led advanced aesthetics clinic dedicated to our patients, their safety & wellbeing. Working to bring patients the highest level of safety, excellence & optimisation of outcomes. We also operate a training academy for medical professionals – Array Academy. 

Requirements

• Flexibility – hours include evenings & weekends on a rotating basis (alternating weekends off)

• Reliable with ability to work as part of a team & off own initiative 

• Excellent communication & people skills both verbal & written 

• Front of house experience desirable 

• Fast learner with strong work ethic 

• Passion for aesthetics & skin

• Great organisational skills 

• Ability for problem solving & prioritising tasks 

• Sales ability
