Course overview

The aim of the Radiesse Training Course is to develop and build on the learning from the Advanced Botox and Dermal Filler Training Course. This course is open to nurses, midwives, doctors, dentists, pharmacists (prescribers and non-prescribers) who have already completed a foundation training course (we recognise the majority of courses undertaken elsewhere). Delegates taking this course should be comfortable using a cannula. 

Delegates will receive closely supervised practical, hands-on experience with product in small groups.

As a Hamilton-Fraser and Cosmetic Insure recognised course, all those who complete the advanced training course will be eligible to take out cosmetic insurance with the industry’s leading insurance provider.

What we cover on the day

Hyper-dilute Radiesse training for:

  • Hands, neck and décolletage

Hyper-dilute Radiesse Training Learning Objectives:

  • Volumising and Contouring with Radiesse: Delegates will observe live demonstrations and gain hands-on experience in performing complete hands, neck and décolletage rejuvenation/enhancement procedures. The training focus will be on specific areas such as the hands, neck and décolletage, using both needles and cannulas.
  • Radiesse Comparison: The unique properties of Radiesse and how it compares to other products used for skin rejuvenation will be discussed.
  • Consultation and Assessment: The course will cover how to conduct comprehensive consultations and assessments to ensure safe, comfortable procedures and optimal results.
  • Side Effects and Complications: Potential side effects, complications, and patient concerns associated with Radiesse will be addressed, along with strategies for handling them effectively.
  • Achieving Natural-Looking Results: Techniques for achieving balanced, natural-looking results will be taught, with emphasis on adding volume while enhancing natural contours and shapes.
  • Reducing Risks: Delegates will learn how to minimise complications through safe injection techniques, appropriate injection depths, and other risk-reduction measures, including cannula use.
  • This course aims to equip delegates with the skills and knowledge needed to confidently perform procedures using Radiesse, with a focus on patient safety and achieving natural-looking results.

Eligibility criteria

  • Delegates taking this course should be comfortable with their cannula techniques and have at lease 1-2 years previous experience in a clinical environment.
  • Our Hyper-dilute Radiesse training course is for nurses, midwives, doctors, dentists and pharmacists (prescribers & non-prescribers) who have previously completed an advanced training course with Array Academy or another training provider. 
  • You must have an active licence to practice in the UK/Ireland to enrol on this course.
  • You do not need to be a prescriber to take this course, nor to practise aesthetic medicine.
